Amazing !!

I have entrusted Smartspace with my investment property in London and they have done an excellent job thus far. I live outside of London so am not able to manage nor the view property, Smartspace have been excellent with all repair issues and also send me photographic inspection reports. In addition to this my rent is paid in full on the same day of each month without fail.

I can't speak highly enough about Zain and the team, they have given me the utmost peace of mind, they truly are an excellent company.

An extremely unhappy customer

Every month there is an issue with rent payments, every other month they deduct money without telling me (one I manage to forcefully get my rent). My properties are wrecked, and I am having to sue them to get them back.

Landlords Beware

This company will knowingly allow your property to be turned into used for illegal means. Landlord beware as once you even find out, they won’t allow you to get your property back until it has been completely destroyed

As a homeowner I would never use their services again. The biggest mistake I have made in property is allowing Smartspace to rent my property.
