What is surprised another terrible customer service.
Not only did they have report from Samsung notifying them of few things wrong with the machine. but I also went through it with them what was wrong with the machine three days prior to the visit.
They turn up today and quelle surprise they haven't got all the parts.
No problem they'll come back next week, excellent meaning another day off work unpaid.

I've called customer service to find out how or why this has happened and to then inform them that I'm going to have a another day off without pay, in today's financial climate this is something we can't afford.
The best bit was the response from which was of zero concern, literally couldn't care less.

I've then asked the lady on the phone what would happen if she had to have two days off just to get a washing machine fixed because of incompetency,
Her response "it wouldn't bother me because I can work from home" that's all well and good but some of us can't work from home.

Poor repair service for tv

Really poor response for a tv repair. They only visit my area once a week and can’t guarantee morning or afternoon visit. Also they make you pay £50 in advance for an unresponsive repair service

fantastic company!!! I would definitely recommend using this if anything is broken, they are quick and easy and get the job done and are not as expensive as other company’s, I’ve used this company twice and have had an amazing time with them, first time when my Samsung dryer stopped working and a lovely man came to my house and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed my dryer there and then! The second time was when my Samsung tv broke and the 2 lovely engineers called me to let me know where were are, they came 5 minutes early but Im more than happy with that as I needed it fixing. They were here for about 45 minutes to fix my tv- it was a screen change so I expected that amount of time, both engineers couldn’t of been any nicer or polite, would definitely recommend!!! 10/10

I normally look at reviews and honestly this company scared me with the reviews but I could of never been more happier the lads who came and done my tv where very chatty and very happy to help me with the situation I was in. Couldn't find better people to repair my tv

Do not use this company. I've never experienced anything like it.

After the nightmare of dealing with them to repair a television. A rigmarole that lasted months.. Enduring the rudeness of the staff on the phone - Joseph in particular was a real piece of work - sarcastic, belligerent and wilfully difficult, how he's employed and allowed to speak to customers is staggering - almost comical. Calls not returned. Promises repeatedly broken. Information contradicted. The TV was finally returned with a part replaced. That lasted barely a few months before it didn't work in exactly the same way again. The part was clearly faulty and after originally admitting as much - once the TV was back at their workshop - the story changed and more money was insolently demanded.
I just left it there. Wrote it off. After the last call with Joseph. Not wanting the horrible experience to last a moment longer. I had to just move on and forget about it. Unfortunately I still can't. Hopefully this will give me some closure.
