Rhys from Smart Plumbing and Heating was sent out to us by the boiler company as a service agent when our boiler stopped working over the holidays. He sorted the issue and gave us sound advice on the steps we need to take to follow up as the issue was caused by the installation (not Smart Plumbing). He knows his stuff. Would not hesitate to recommend For any plumbing needs. Glad the boiler broke down as we now know a plumber whose work you can rely on...not sure I've ever said that before!

Couldn't have asked for a better service
Rhys and Lindsay did an amazing job fixing one of the radiators, checking the rest of the heating system and doing a full boiler check. Will always recommend this team, they walked me through everything and explained in details how to do a few things and check paperwork. 24 hour emergency callout: false advertisement

Got a number from a monthly advertiser, where the company was (falsely) advertised with "24 hour emergency callout".
Boiler not working, contacted on December the 28th, replied they would be able to call in on the 31st, not really an emergency service, but better than nothing.
Message on the 31st: "It will be next week sorry".

Needless to say I didn't use their services.

Hi , I was off for Christmas . I worked up to 9pm Christmas Eve fixing boilers . I was taking time off to spend with my family , I told you I couldn't get out on the 28th of December that was your choice to wait . I remember talking to you on the 28th off December and I give you lots off advice which I didn't not have to do . Yes on the 31st I text you saying I couldn't make it to the following week , I didn't receive a reply from you , why could have you contacted me back to say if you wanted to wait or get someone else . You do realise we are in the middle off a pandemic and you don't know what's going on in people person life's . This review does not reflect my business at all , we have lots off repeat customers who are very happy with the services we provide . You can't text me but you write this on yell , I don't understand what you wanted me to do , if you didn't want to wait on the 28th why just not say ok we will get someone else ?
