Richard was recommended to me by a friend, and and the introduction has proved invaluable. As I am housebound caring for an invalid wife the fact that he can come to see me rather than my visiting a computer shop is excellent. Richard is extremely knowledgeable, and has not failed to answer any of the issues that I have raised with him. If I ask him to visit me I usually see him withing a couple of days, but if I telephone him to ask him a minor question he provides the answer promptly and efficiiently. His charges are reasonable, too.

I am not a computer buff but have a reasonable grasp of basic computer activities and use emails extensively. However there are many issues that are beyond my capabilities and this is where I rely on Richard at "Smart help at home". His user friendly service to resolve IT problems in my home provides me with a convenient and much needed back-up resource. I would recommend Richard to others in a similar situation to me. Charges are reasonable and you get value for your money.

At last! Someone who could make sense of all the buttons and wires that come with all the new technology. Thankfully Richard sorted it all out and left us with a system we could use, and all the cables tidied up as well 😊 I was so grateful to finally find someone who knew what they were doing.
