Awful - stained my brand new pants whilst in their care & lied that they had removed it to charge me

Awful! I rang this company for a quick turn around alteration for my brand new trousers which still had brand tags on. I was pleased that they were able to get the tailoring done in a days turn around for a reasonable price. I went to pick my pants up the following day where at the till point I realised there was a black mark on the trousers that had been done whilst the item was in the shop. I was sent away, even though they knew I was on a tight schedule for this item, whilst they offered to clean the pants free of charge and get rid of the black stain on my pants. As I couldn’t go back to collect them myself, my boyfriend went to collect, where the man in the shop LIED and showed my boyfriend a different part of the pants and stated that the stain had been removed and proceeded to charge us with no discount for the inconvenience. I have noticed that the stain, which looks like black pen ink, is still very much there and visible and they lied and still charged me. Would NOT recommend

I think there was a bit miss understanding, We altered your trousers because you needed urgently we said we do dry cleaning free of charge when you bring them back once you use your trousers to clean the small stain at the bottom of the inner leg. These guys are amazing not only is there quality of work amazing but there service matches it. After purchasing a 3 piece suit for a wedding another tailors messes it up with bad work. I took it to these guys who managed to correct all the work and do a fantastic job, you would never of known the mistakes the previous tailor made.
