Sleaford Day Nursery

The Baby Room is situated downstairs in the setting where we provide a warm friendly and relaxing atmosphere, making sure that each baby is well cared for and their needs are individually met. We can accommodate twelve babies each day and our practitioner to child ratio for 0-2 years is 1:3. We take babies from six weeks to two years, before they move on to the next room in the nursery which is our Tweenie Room. Whilst giving consideration to this move we take into account each child's level of development. Each child has a designated Key-person, who takes responsibility for daily observations of the children which are used to inform the planning of activities based around the interests of each child, helping them to learn about their world and environment, exploring textures and role playing experiences.
