Stephen arrived promptly and quickly dealt with the issues. He was polite and friendly. He pointed out other work that will need to be carried out in the future but did not try to pressurise me into doing it.

Steve carried out the work to a very high standard and was very thorough in making sure that the new radiator and the rest of the central heating was working properly after the installation. Steve was very flexible in fitting in the work around our decorators and overall an absolute pleasure to deal with.

As usual in life, several things go wrong at the same time. Thermostat on radiator sheared off; dripping tap and blocked drain; and finally WC flush not refilling. Steve was unfazed, and having given a time estimate when making the call, he was on time and worked hard and successfully in carrying out all required. Will happily use him again.

Another brilliant piece of work from Stephen! We were pleased with his flood rescue visit & then his installation of a new central heating/water boiler with new piping. When our domestic water supply became ultra hard over recent months & caused serious damage to our white goods, we decided to get a water softener. Stephen offered well-informed advice & worked hard with no break to complete the installation and relevant piping in one day - managing to do a couple of unrelated repairs for us too!
