Had my hair done again yesterday off Laura, she has done another amazing job, I am told by close associates and family I am quite hard to please (sorry for that didn't realise I was) but any way she is always nice and positive to be around and she helped me decide to change my hair colour to make it look more healthy and shiny as I was trying to use lighter colours to help with age etc but it wasn't working, she picked a lovely colour that appears really shiny and the cut was lovely too, going forward she has given me hope because I don't like my fine fine hair, the style is also making it look so much thicker, I am very happy so thank you Laura well done keep up the good work.

Ended up with eyebrows I never knew I had after a wax and tint, lasted much longer than normal also. Will definitely be back. Also have hair done here would not go anywhere else now, very friendly and appointments available on more than one late night which is rare to find.

I won this facial in a competition. However I will definitely be booking another facial! Sarah was absolutely fantastic. The room is tranquil and luxurious and the experience was superb. The facial exceeded my expectations and included head and neck massage. I left feeling totally relaxed and my skin felt unbelievable. I would definitely recommend this treatment.
The salon staff are friendly and welcoming and Sarah is so professional and I can't wait to go back!

Nails were in a shocking state after acrylics at another salon, but Sarah sorted it no problem. Nails look gorgeous and in-fills have lasted for well over 2 weeks and still don't need doing, will definitely go back to have them re-done. Also have appointment for hair done with Laura, who I have been going to for many years and trust implicitly!

Just has a fantastic dermlogica facial from Sarah it was out of this world, I've also had my nails & various waxing done by Sarah!!! Brilliant salon would highly recommend to anyone, great atmosphere in the shop girls are extremely friendly and make you feel so welcome. Reasonably priced salon in Chester le street with parking!!!
