We had problems with our freesat box losing channels. Carl from simply digital came out and changed our satellite dish as that was the problem.
Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this firm for your satellite tv issues.

Carl text 15 mins before he arrived to notify us he was on the way.
He checked the TV and found the issue was a poor signal, he then checked the aerial wall socket and the aerial in the attic and found the aerial position was wrong, he repositioned the aerial in the attic and found a location with a much better signal. Carl asked if we wanted a new aerial, which we agreed to. He fitted the aerial and checked the signal and then retuned the TV to ensure all channels were available.
We were very happy with the price he charged and would definitely recommend him. Really nice guy and very professional.

Absolutely spot on! Turned up less than 24hrs after I first called and sorted my digital tv/ aerial that hasn’t been working for 2 or so years in half an hour. Could easily have upsold me a new aerial/ freesat arrangement for a lot more but Carl wanted to make sure he tried the low cost options first. Very clean, overshoes and all, polite and friendly to my wife & son. I would highly recommend
