Simon Tubb Decorators, operating as a three man team, is now entering his 41 year in business and has a strong local reputation for quality service and workmanship since 1981. I am an advance Repair-Care contractor now for 6 years plus, using timber and resin for lasting rot repairs, an Oikos Approved applicator specialising in Italian polished plaster finishes and a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen and of the FSB,(federation of small businesses).

We cover all aspect of decoration internally and externally, including; wall papering, domestic tiling and associated repairs like patch plastering.

We generally operate in a 20 Mile radius, (charging for fuel after the first 10 miles and travel if longer than 30 minutes one way), of Salisbury. Further afield if our travel time and fuel is covered or accommodation provided.

We use most good brands of materials where we or others specify what is required.

It is the little things such as keeping you informed on progress, turning up when promised and cleaning up after the job that makes the decorating services offered by us special. We generally run a winter season for interior work October to April and a summer season for external work April to end of September.

Deposits of 10%, up to a maximum of £ 300 to place work with us that gets your place in the que and a provisional start date that can be affected by weather work taking longer and illness.

We take on mainly domestic and some commercial jobs from 0 to £40 thousand, our highest to date. We only work direct for clients and some designers where conditions are acceptable. We rarely work for builders and other contractors by choice.
