Very good service!
One of my clients required repair to a pump so I contacted Simon Moore following the manufacturers recommendation. The service they provide is excellent, responsive and effortless. They talked through the fault on the initial phone and the engineer came prepared with the parts required.

Awful Bullying tactics to obtain money ....not told from the beginning of installation that pump wasn’t ipc rated . Rude threatening phone calls from owner mr Moore saying We clutching at straws over the bill !!
He is now instigating court action against my aunty who is 84 year old woman with onset of dementia !!! If you had done your job properly from the beginning Mr Moore you wouldn’t be in this position . Hope your proud of your stinking attitude Simon Moore . The one star we have given you is way too good for your business . You need Anger management after the way you have treated us in your phone call Mr Moore .
