Simon Mewett School of Motoring

Simon was great at the start but when I failed my test the first time with him and had to rebook lessons, he wouldn't answer my messages or calls. He didn't get back to me till at least ten days before my test and acted like it was my fault that I wasn't planned so made me feel very nervous and agitated. It's a shame as he was nice and good to me at first then slowly went downhill. Not impressed.

I have just passed my driving test with Mr.Simon Mewett and I’m extremely happy with how far I’ve come. I used to be very anxious and lacked in confidence when driving, but Mr.Simon helped me to overcome my fears and build my confidence as well as emphasise the importance of road safety. He is a fantastic instructor.

I highly recommend Simon, I was very nervous about driving, so much to the point that I actually thought I just wouldn't ever be able to learn or pass (which I have just done) :) but Simon is amazing at not only teaching you the skills you need but also putting you at ease during the lessons, it has been a pleasure learning with him!

I had two instructors before with BSM, totally hopeless - a few months with simon and I passed easily. Also taught and passed my brother first time.

Really nice, knowledgeable and friendly

Simon is extremely patient but also has the knack of being able to gently nudge the student along so they progress in my experience far quicker than they would do with some other instructors.

My sister had lessons with simon and passed despite several bad habits, picked up over 5 years of unsuccessful lessons. It was because of this that my daughter then took up lessons with Simon 2 years later.

Highly recommend him. Very professional.
