Si Bridal & Co

Great selection of dresses, a few of my friends found their dress here so I heard about Si from them. They have great customer service throughout the journey and even with my dress being delayed, they chased daily and called me constantly about it.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this bridal store. The store assistant marked my dress with her makeup while helping me put the dress on. It was clear who’s makeup it was due to the colour and I was not wearing makeup or fake tan but they wouldn’t take responsibility despite it being clear who had stained the dress.

Without the store taking responsibility I’ve had to pay for the dress to be professionally cleaned. What makes it worse is the that the makeup mark hasn’t come out.

I have to start with saying how amazing the staff were! Honestly from start to Finnish feeling so comfortable! Finding the dress of my dreams🤍compliments that were so heartfelt and making the experience feeling the best thing ever. I couldn’t recommend anywhere else to give this wonderful experience! I understand you way not always find the dress you want at certain places however the girls definitely help you find what you are looking for!

I’ve been to a number of shops and tried on around 50 wedding dresses. I was worried I will never find the one.. until I went to Si bridal! When I tried on “the one” I instantly fell in love! The girls were simply amazing, they helped me get some bespoke alterations done and made my vision reality! I also had around 3/4 alterations as I kept loosing weight, my last one was literally the day before the wedding, but they did not disappoint and the dress was ready on time! Agnes, Italia and Grace are all fab, they take the time to listen, chat and also tell you their honest opinion. You never feel rushed at your appointment which I think is super important! My gown was stunning and made strangers stop and stare and even CRY! Its helped me feel confident and beautiful. She’s now been cleaned and put away in a lovely box. I will miss my appointments at Si bridal and would recommend it to anyone, outstanding service, dresses to die for and definitely the best shop in Newcastle!

Outstanding service from start to finish!

I found my dream dress at Sì and all the lovely ladies working there were a dream, always so happy to see you and literally nothing was ever a problem / issue when needing to rescheduling appointments! My dress came so quickly and I had a few fittings and alterations and they got them done so quickly and efficiently.. my dress was my dream and they helped me find it! I would of never chose the style I went for but they offered me to try it and I’m so pleased I did.. I fell in love!

They all deserve recognition for how fabulous they are and their dresses are out of this world… I’d never of gone anywhere else and would recommend any girl wanting to find her wedding dress. I’m just gutted I cannot get married all over again and choose another!
