Such a prompt service! We had a blocked drain and major sewage problem and they came out very quickly and then returned within the hour when we had a further issue some time later. Friendly staff and highly reliable.

A reliable, professional and honest business. Everytime I have dealings with their staff, they are lovely, courteous and - critically - they know their business too. We've had septic tank emptying done and also some structural work and cover replacement. Everything was done as described, on time and at a good price. We won't go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service, prompt completion of work requested, Shotton waste quote was over 1k cheaper than a rival company and the work they completed was to a high standard, i spoken to 3 people from the company and they couldn't be more professional and accommodating , great service
