Prompt response to 'phone call - visit arranged. Visited, polite, timely, courteous and job done leaving me now to relearn Microsoft Word and Excel. I'll get there having had old computer contents successfully transferred to new laptop.

The engineer, cleaned my netbook that was losing space due to SSD space issues. Also checked for computer breaches. Very friendly and helpful. Very reasonable price for the time it took. I am happy with the result.
