I'm completely amazed at the 1-Star reviews here - it seems more like competition review-bombing than genuine experiences. I've used Shop.To for about 5 years, used them for every single console and physical release purchase and it's always been a perfect experience. Best prices. Pre-orders the day before or SOONER! PS5 at launch hand-delivered by DHL. The list goes on. I'll never use anyone else.

Absolutely disgusting company - DO NOT USE!!

I never heard about them and I never knew about them until one day I notice a payment on PayPal of 22.89£.
I create an password because I didn`t have an account and I try to contact them..
no answer.
I fill up a form for return and refund, explain them everything and after few day cannot login on my account anymore:))
I go for "forgot password" I`m changing it and next second after log in is said "wrong details"..
Avoid them an all cost.
I will try to let as many as possible people about this scam

This is the worst company I have ever ordered from. Ordering process flawed as website is glitchy. They intentionally make it extremely difficult to return items abd get a refund. Customer services are non existent. Phone number is answerphone never answered. Ticket system is dated, only one per person! Need to print of a form to return anything what is this 1970! Awful shopping experience and worst stress ever trying to return anything. Would give 0 stars if there was an option!
