Our first port of call for reach/counterbalance driver training, fire marshal refresher courses etc

Shield provide on-site training for all our reach/counterbalance drivers, from total novices through to refreshers for experienced drivers. They also provide classroom and practical training to all our Fire Marshals and our staff have attended First Aid courses at one of Shield's local sites. Right from enquiry to course completion, all staff and trainers are friendly, professional, happy to work round our shift patterns and accommodate last minute training needs, their services are also extremely competitive and your Shield points add up so you get discount on future courses. I have worked with Shield Health and Safety for many years now. They have always delivered a professional service with sound knowledge and work to training standards which a lot of training companies out their fail to do. All training delivered to a high standard with focus given to the customers needs at a realistic price and where applicable training tailored to the needs of the business. Don't Go Anywhere Else

Prior to meeting Craig and the team at Shield we were using an array of different companies for our H&S training needs. Booking the training was nearly always a laborious and time-consuming process, with the companies involved pressuring to upsell at every opportunity, using scare tactics and attempting to tie us into expensive service contracts.

Shield, by comparison, have been a complete joy to do business with. The training is exceptional (our staff members don't actually moan about it anymore, which is a good sign), the booking process is straightforward and there's no pressure to sign any bonding contracts. What's more, we're actually saving money.
