100% Professional from start to finish!

Warren was one of the agents we met when deciding on who to work with on selling our Mothers house, and on meeting him, it was an easy decision to make to work with him and Sherwoods. It proved to be a complicated sale, and Warren, and Danny (In Warrens absence) were always available to discuss and offer superb professional advice, AND importantly Warren worked on our behalf liasing with oursleves, buyer and solicitors right up to the completion of the sale. At no point, and being bombarded with enquiries from rival agents, did we consider switching to another Estate Agent, and we are extremely pleased we stayed, and worked with a thoroughly professional company. Neither myself, nor my sister have any hesitation in recommending Sherwoods, they performed their tasks in a manner we expected them too, and gave us great peace of mind.

I would definitely recommend Sherwoods. I was totally disappointed to complete the transaction because of seller's solicitor delays but fortunately I had very helpful communication with Warren and he helped me to finalise it at the end.
