I would highly recommend this family run business, well run, efficient, great communication. Came on time . Hired the bouncy castle and bubble machine for my 6th year old party. Shelly N Dee are a small family company but with outstanding professional service. From start to finish they kept in contact with us. We had to change our initial booked date, this was not an issue and they were very accommodating. They have clear and straightforward polices. Their prices are very reasonable, affordable and doable even if you on a budget. The set up was quick and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. We definitely recommend them to other businesses or family gatherings and we will be using them again at our Fun day next year.

I came across this company just by chance on the internet. I was desperately in need of a quick back up party plan. I had initially decided to have a park party in july for my three year old only to find there was going to be torrential rain on the day of my little girls birthday party which there was. Dee was ever so professional, polite and very understanding. I rang him three days before the day of the party and he had a bouncy castle available. He was a real life saver!

He turned up on time (despite heavy rain) before I got to the venue on the day of the party. The bouncy castle was clean and well maintained. My little girl and her friends had a wonderful time!

Dee came at the agreed time to collect the bouncy castle. Business was very smooth and professional for something arranged so last minute on my part.

I will definitely be using Dee again. My husband was impressed! I have no need to go elsewhere. I would definitely recommend using this company.
