Sheds 4 U Ltd

Payed a deposit for a shed on 13 July but still waiting for my shed when I ring up its excuse after excuse think a will get my deposit back if it carry’s on

I purchased a shed from this company 6 years ago and it is now requiring some TLC, some of the cladding is in need of being replaced.

I thought it would be a good idea to buy some replacement boards from SHEDS4U as I would be able to replace said boards that would be the same size thickness and width, yes no problem was the reply.

This was a Wednesday four weeks ago, i told them I would be there to collect the 12 pieces ordered and would give them a call before I set off the Friday of the same week. Alas, I rang as I said I would only to be told they had run out of said wood and where expecting a delivery next week, oh yeh.

I have had the same response three times now, WE ARE EXPECTING A DELIVERY EARLY NEXT WEEK

Come on you people, have the good decency to be honest. How can you keep making sheds when you are waiting for timber.

I have asked for help for a community group and they responded straight away. Brilliant level of service and quality of work.

Unfortunately I have had false promises for the last 2 years. I had a shed elected and with many issues that required rectifying and I am still waiting 2 years later. This also included finishing off the roof! Very disappointed and again, I would highly advise people to stay clear.

I paid on delivery,they promised to come back the following week to rectify a problem,they never came......i rang twice again and they promised again to come......never turned up! Feel sadly let down by them and would not use them again, I expect people to honour their word...
