One of the North East's best known event management companies has today launched a new audio/visual production and hire division with the appointment of an industry expert.

She's Gott It organises over 50 major events around the UK every year and is set to add to their service offering with the appointment of an AV manager and major investment in new equipment.

The appointment of Brett Sterling as the AV manager is part of a strategic growth plan to allow the She's Gott It team to have more direct control over every part of the events it runs. This addition will allow the company to operate as a true 'one stop shop' with the AV hire and production complementing their entertainment agency, theming design, prop hire and event management services.

Brett’s enviable track record has seen him working on events from award ceremonies to national theatre productions and will bring these skills to add to the She's Gott It eight strong team. As well as organising launch events, conferences, exhibitions, festivals and other celebrations for a wide range of household name clients such as Sage plc, Hitachi, JDR Cables and Vertu Motors PLC, the new offer will be available for clients who want to run their own events, but who need technical support and/or equipment to make them happen.

Company director, Nickie Gott, who serves as chair of regional networking organisation WIN Ltd, has twice been voted North East Entrepreneur of The Year and was awarded her OBE in January this year for services to women in business and female entrepreneurship in North East England.
