Very disappointing.

I was booked for 2 days, got 1 day and a half .Two walls papered and a small amount of painting. the painting only got 1 coat and the papering was poor there were two of them but it was rushed and one wall will have to be redone I reported it but got no response.

Hello Barbara I have not received any calls or emails from you since the work was carried out, I told you I would come the morning after the 2days to put your curtain rail back up which you then replied and said you decided to keep it off of the wall completely and I would not need to come around so I did not come back to check anything as you did not state anything was wrong. I can assure you that the work was not rushed. I have outstanding reviews on all of my work on all platforms I would never ignore a customer if there was a problem with any work. I am happy to come and have a look at the work that you are implying is not a good finish and if there was any defects I would happily rectify them but like I said I have had no response from you in 2 months. If you would like me to come and have a look then please give me a call and I will happily come around and view the job again.

After going round to see the work, 2months later..barbara wasnt completley truthful apart from being quite rude to me, she stated things wrong that wasnt there, one wall had some minor bubbling, totally expected with wallpaper, this could have recified had barbara asked me sooner rather than 2months later, but instead had used a red marker pen and drawn all over the paper, so the whole thing has to be taken off, she did not want me to sort the problem free of charge. The wall that was paInted had a small mark on it from her front door handle where she opens her door, not something that was due to my work and definately not because it had 1 coat when it actually had 2. The 2nd wall in the entrance hallway was fine, all that was wrong was the wall damage from a radiator problem that showed through the paper slightly lumpy, was sanded down best it could be, she did not want it replastered and the bumps showed through, this was explained but was still happy to proceed.

Really friendly ladies. Did a great job on both my daughter’s rooms. Very happy with the work will use again for other rooms.

Honestly fantastic! Both lady's were extreamly personable, the quality of work we recieved was amazing. Our stairs wall was horendous and needed sanding back and filling in places and dispite the sanding process they were both so tidy as they worked. Their pattern matching on wall paper is faultless and they worked incredibly quickly. We would highly recommend. Communication was frequent and transparent as to what work needed to be done to prep our wall, NO hidden or sudden extra charges like we have had from decorators in the past. SHE is professional, detial oriantated and friendly

Need a Saint with paint call She Paints.

I highly recommend She Paints. I was looking for someone who could repaint two rooms to a high standard to match the rest of the house. She Paints are super professional, kept me updated every step of the way and even managed to save me when I forgot to do certain things. I will 100% be using them again going forward.
