Worth a call

Top bloke, friendly and professional - was even willing to put his personal plans on hold to ensure my family and I had safe passage home after breakdown. Thought outside of the box to get the parts we needed.

Wasted our time, car sill broken down

Complete time waster. Was very friendly on the phone so I’m sure we’d have had a lovely experience if he’d actually shown up. Car wouldn’t start. Waited four hours for him to turn up - he said he’d be a while so the wait was no problem as we were told he could take a look at the car and should be able to fix it today. Says he’ll leave to come here at 1pm. Calls at 1:45pm and says he’s not coming but can come NEXT WEEK. It’s 2pm on a Saturday so everywhere else is closed/closing right now so we can’t get somebody else out. Tomorrow is Sunday (and mother’s day). We have plans that we now cannot do and while it is the fault of the car, four hours of our time were wasted when we could have been calling other mechanics who would actually come out today. Don’t say you’re going to come and fix it and then not. Weekend completely ruined, won’t be able to get to work until it’s fixed. Thanks for nothing.

Hi Tasha, the 1 Star was a bit harsh. I recently came up with an injury so I was useless with my phone. I would really appreciate it if you could consider either edit the 1 Star rating or delete the review. Kind regards Shawn
