Have to say the quality of the decking is fantastic, they are streets ahead of the national superstores.
Communication really good and delivered on time.
The Driver went out of his way to help, what an absolute star.
Cannot recommend these guys highly enough :)

Non delivery

Order was due to be delivered on Saturday 8th May - did not arrive!
After telephoning for 3 hours solid today I finally managed to get someone to answer the phone. Was told she would need to check out what happened and was then told someone would call back within the hour. No return call and phones are now off. Will be calling in person tomorrow to cancel order.
Just wish I had read reviews before placing my order as customer service appears to be non existent.
