They came, they saw, they fixed it- within minutes our non functional washing machine was back in service. A husband and wife combo who work together with efficiency, friendly service and reasonable prices. Very professional - I would recommend them without reservation.

The most obliging repair service in the area!

After being royally messed about with by two other so-called appliance repair service companies, I tried Shaun Richards more out of desperation than hope.
Imagine my very pleasant surprise when they went out of their way to get to me within an hour of my call. They quickly and professionally confirmed the fault that had previously been diagnosed, but then found another fault that had been missed.
Shaun then told me that I really shouldn't waste my money on having the work done, as it would cost more than half the price of a new machine.
He admitted that he was talking himself out of a potentially lucrative repair job, but didn't want any of his customers to waste money on a machine that was going to keep on costing to keep going.
I won't say how much he charged me, but far less than I had been told to expect by the other two outfits. All in all a very pleasant experience.
Needless to say, I won't be calling any other company the next time I need help.
