Good old school sales + service + advice

Since reading the previous review I have only good feedback for Sharnford Horticultural Ltd, I have used their services several times for lawn mowers, strimmer, toppers and so on.... & have found them very knowledgeable and professional.
I have found they will sell you the right peace of kit for the right job & with customer service & repairs to follow as required, which you do not get now days with the DIY stores.

Rubbish service

Website says -
Friendly and helpful, Sharnford Horticultural staff members offer excellent customer service, the likes of which you will not experience at larger retailers. It is common for our customers to be on first name terms with our team and the experience is one that leaves you feeling valued.
The reality is -
Turn up & wait 10 minutes whilst a member of extremely unfriendly staff ignores you. Leave your equipment for repair to be told they will call you. No one calls, so you call them once a week for a month, each time with a promise of a call back, each time there is no call back. Turn up a month later, wait 15 minutes to be served, to be asked why you have come in to collect the item if you haven't had a call to say it is ready!!! Simple, it's because I want to take it somewhere that will sort the problem (or even look at the problem) within a month, that has great customer service (or any customer service)!!! AVOID.
1 star as there is no 0!!!

they were that good, could have been worse and lost your item, where did you go in the end ?
