I have been eating at the Shapla for about 10 years now. I first went there because they were having a charity evening whereby all proceeds for the evening went to the Bangladesh flood appeal. Am I glad I did, I found a gem that night. The food is always of the highest quality. the staff are always pleasant and friendly. The chef is very accommodating and will add/remove items according to taste (my children hate mushrooms so we have dishes with no mushroom). they even make a delicious Korma - vindaloo hot! - just for us because we love the taste of Korma but like our curry with a bite to it. I highly recommend this restaurant.
