Such a shame the service let's this place down. The food is nice but the service is shocking. ordered tonight and was told 1 hour for delivery, it arrived after 1 hour 25 mins, the order was wrong, I checked before the driver left, rang straight away and the driver was blamed even though he said they only pick up the bags, I was told to keep my food warm an they would send the 3 missing items, 45 mins and still no missing items, rang to check apparently should be here any minute. 10 mins more and the missing items arrived, so over 2 hours, it wasn't fit to eat
I will not be ordering from here again and will not recommend to anyone else, very poor indeed.

Waited 1hr and 10 minutes for our delivery called to ask where it was and said it would be 5 minutes. I looked out of flat window and he was walking to door, he rang buzzer and my boyfriend went to walk round to him. He didn’t wait about and by time he had walked round he was gone. I noticed I had a missed call so presumed it was the delivery guy and called back asking why he didn’t wait. He said he had tried ringing 3 times and had no answer and because he was behind with his delivery’s he had to go. He hadn’t rang 3 times whilst at the door and didn’t even give us chance to come to door to him. His attitude stank and it’s not our problem he is behind with his delivery’s. I called the takeaway to complain about him and wasn’t given an apology just more excuses. Really disappointed in their service.

Bad enough when chicken is dry but ordered a lamb jalfrezi was cool heated it up a bit when it arrived n when tried to eat it ffs like eating an 80 yr d woman's flange never again

ordered 3 currys and boiled rice we waited nearly an hour and half still no curry came so phoned up to be told it hadnt been done and to give him five to ten minutes and it would be here got told they were very busy with the school holidays 15 minutes later still no curry so phoned up again to be told they had cancelled the order.
very disapointed in this as we had waited so long no apologies will not be ordering from here again

Just had the Asian style biryani,was deeeeelicous , complements 2 the chef.
