Business overview

SH Counselling offers a safe and comfortable space to talk with a therapist in an environment that is confidential and non-judgemental, delivered with care, compassion, and empathy.

Hi, my name is Sharon; I am a fully qualified integrative, Person-Centred counsellor. I am an open, friendly, and trustworthy person, and I am passionate about the service I deliver.

In my practice SH Counselling, I work with individuals as well as couples, either face to face or via online platforms.

I understand and have experienced that life can be unkind and unpredictable at certain points, but whatever challenges you may be facing, I can empathise, and I am here to help.

I can help with a range of issues you may wish to overcome, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger, divorce, bereavement, and relationship difficulties.

SH Counselling offers a safe and comfortable space to allow you to grow and learn in an environment that is confidential and non-judgemental and delivered with care and compassion.

The therapeutic relationship is paramount to the success of therapy, and having a therapist who listens and understands can make a huge difference.

I work from a location that is very accessible yet discrete, with private rooms and flexible hours to suit you.

Where do I start with Sharon. In a place where I can say I officially hit rock bottom, I needed help from the best and I can honestly say I couldn’t of found a better person. I’m a firm believer of everything happens for a reason and Sharon was meant to come in my life to guide me on the right path, and that’s exactly what she did. She provided me with the tools to go out and do it on my own and showed great passion and belief in me when I never found that in myself, Sharon made me feel at home in the counselling room and made it very comforting to open up to her about anything and when needed, I was able to contact her outside of counselling, at my darkest points. All in all I wouldn’t be the person I am today if it wasn’t for Sharon, words haven’t been invented yet for how grateful I am too you. A counsellor, a wonderful human being, a friend. Sharon, thankyou
