Bad customer journey

Work was completed by this company on a house I bought, it wasn’t completed correctly and all the damp came back through, tried to contact the company for assistance as it’s meant to be a lifetime guarantee, told that the company no longer existed and there was nothing I could do, despite them doing over £3000 of work to the property, this has since been confirmed as a lie, the company are still trading and refuse to take responsibility for their shabby work, treat with caution, do your research and use another company which is able to offer you the service!

Avoid at all costs

I emailed this company and rang on several occasions to be told it was no longer running by numerous members of staff on the phones, who then became very hostile and rude to say the least... sign of a guilty conscience when questioned. I bought a house who had a damp proofing course done by this company, to say it was a sham would be an understatement, comes with a 30 year guarantee which sounds great, I have extensive paperwork to show this is the company but they like to continue to deny that they are still in business. This company failed to complete an adequate level of work let alone substantial, (advice given by professionals) If you would like to get back to my email and discuss this further I would be happy to do so. You have my email as you seems to have blocked it from signing up to your newsletter on your website which further adds to the suspicion of you overall as a company.
