Very responsive and helpful. And an amazing seamstress that in seconds had pinned my dress and when I tried it on when she had finished the alterations was a perfect fit. Went above and beyond to get it done within my right time frame as had left it last minute. Highly recommend

Phoned Gladys Friday morning to get some 3 pairs of trousers shortened,I took them over to her straight away,and she had them finished for me to pick up Saturday morning!
She did a really amazing job,you couldn’t tell they had been altered,just the same finish on the hem as when I bought them .Thankyou so much

Finding a little gem

After a row with my husband i decided to have a shopping spree in Harrods. I’d just seen Kate Middleton attend the new James Bond film wearing an amazing Jenny Peck gold dress & cape & thought this would do for me! It cost 3K and sadly it would be hanging in my wardrobe for over a year. Then when an event came up that I could wear this gown i found i had put on too much wright wear it. I was beside myself, what a waste, what could I do? Then a friend told me about Gladys. She talked me through exactly how she would tattle the problem. Shortly afterwards she called me to come try my dress on & well, miracles can happen! I’ve worn the Kate Middleton dress several times now & it always turns heads. I’m so grateful to Gladys for her skills as a tailor & patients. she has done many alterations for me and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, this is the sort of lady we need in our community. Please don’t loose her, she’s a valuable little gem

From alterations to repairs Gladys has managed to perform some amazing miracles with very little time, wouldn't trust expensive dresses with anyone else and thankyou for keeping Grace on the dance floor.
