Daisy the owner of the shop went above and beyond to help me out at very short notice, she had been recommended to me by a dress shop in mirfield.

It’s was the new year and I had bought a dress that needed taking up I took it in the very next day New Year’s Eve and left it with her and it was done within the hour! Excellent service and a very happy and comfortable service! Lovely lady 😊 thank you I love my beautiful dress 😍

I had a long wool coat shortened recently and I am so happy with it, it’s absolutely perfect, the young girl that dealt with me was lovely and friendly and I would happily recommend her to anyone in need of any alterations.

Bought 4 skirts for repairing - ready within a week, fab service, great finish, would highly recommend.

I read reviews on this shop and they were really positive so I went with some items for alteration. I was surprised to find out that the shop changed owners 6 weeks ago October 2014, but had travelled some distance so left my items. I had 3 items altered and I'm not happy with any of them, the shop owner gave me a refund for one item, but really I should have received a refund for all 3!! I had a dress shortened and my husband could not believe how uneven it looks on!!

I have been using Marianne for years; being on the short side I often have sleeves and legs taken up on garments. She is professional and quick and very much in demand!!
I have recommended a few friends to her and would continue to do so without question
