Excellent staff with a fantastic approach to work. I asked them to create a last minute item and they were both willing and adaptable. Sewing was outstanding! Well done Sew it Seams

I just bought a shirt which required altering.I left the shirt with so it seams Lisburn road.the lady at the desk asked me to pin the shirt were I required altering at the front which I did.I returned to collect the shirt and found both front and BACK were altered which was not what I requested.after remonstrating with the lady and getting nowhere I left the shop with a ruined shirt I can’t wear and feeling I was treated unfairly and not very nicely.never again and avoid at all cost

Shocking service from the lady on the front desk… didn’t seem she wanted my service and suggested that the price for my alteration would be too expensive for me - very assumptive! The seamstress who was ‘willing to work with’ my dress was absolutely lovely and measured me up kindly while I tried the dress on. Lady from the front walks in and essentially calls me fat; very condescendingly scoffs and says ‘oh honey you’re going to need more than a couple of inches on that’. At this point I would’ve ran out crying if I wasn’t half dressed.
Getting back to the front desk to discuss alterations, front lady pushes two swatches towards me and tells me to buy my own material and where their supplier is. Never in my life have I had to supply a seamstress with material myself! Would’ve been happy to pay extra and wait if they needed to order something in.
I was glad to leave with my dress untouched, and couldn’t believe anyone would talk to a customer this way, given I work in service myself.

These guys really helped me out last week with a last minute dress shortening and repair. Quick service, lovely staff, great location, price ok considering short notice. Will definitely be back. Thanks.

See it seams repaired my silk dress where I had ripped the seam. The repair was perfect and the prices are much cheaper than others nearby...
