I have four upstairs doors from seven day windows which all leak. All the frames and doors are bent. After the usual failed attempts to bodge the leaks with silicone etc under the direction of Seven days windows, seven days windows sent out an installer who blamed my builders for installation errors. My builder has ordered replacement doors from seven day windows and has had to pay thousands of pounds for them. My builder does not recommend that he fits them to my house though because the new doors and frames are warped. Seven days windows are refusing to refund and also refusing to talk to me the house owner. Currently my house is being damaged by the leaks as I wait for the problem to be resolved and my daughter has a wooden board instead of a window in her bedroom as she studies for her art exam. Draw your own conclusions!

We had new tilt and turn windows fitted by a builder who sourced them from 7 day windows . They let water in every time it was windy and raining . The builder told me that 7 day windows told him to put silicone around the glass so that's what he did and the leaks stopped. This is covering up the problem but not fixing it .
