Avoid this place had my car five weeks mot service they took it for an mot it failed on a suspension strutt had air bag light on dave told them to pass the car they did wich is elegal as its a major safety issue they snapped my head lining then denied it on taking car at 70mph severe banging checked under bonnet the three nuts that hold suspension on where not even tight endangered my families safety taking action against this idiot also when you call for update all you hear is I'm not well total muppett this was yesterday 18/4/2024

Avoid this place at all costs, took my car there for a lamda sensor problem, car sat outside for days, never updated me, they said they had "REPLACED" the old sensor but problem was not solved, but they still relieved me of a shed load of money, BMW specialists my a##, they wouldn't know dandruff from dandelions, The most garbage of garages in our solar system, possibly the whole galaxy.

Never visit this place!!!!! Total ripp off they do charge high prices for small work that need to be done.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE DO NOT GO THERE.

Really poor value charged £419.00 for inspection service, rear brake pads and discs (car was shuddering) and change a light bulb. Continued with brake issues and called them only to be told by Dave that he could not do anymore. I ended up having to go to Sytner BMW to get the brakes sorted which they now are i wish i had saved my money and gone to Sytner BMW in the first instance. I question exactly what series 9 actually did.....incidentally the same bulb has also gone again

Honestly they worst experience ever don't use these guys total cowboys
