Serenity

I have been coming to this salon since it opened. I have always been impressed with how down to earth and friendly the staff are. I've had almost every service they offer and it's always been outstanding and I've always left happy. They take pride in their work, appearance and it's always so clean.
I would happily recommend the girls to anyone. Massive thank Layla and Leanne. Keep up the good work.

Purchased a groupon coupon for three treatments, went with a friend. Appalling hygiene: they used the same manicure tools and towels for both of us without bothering to even wipe the skin pieces off. Very poor manicure and pedicure technique, didnt even bother shaping the nails, really poor nail polish application too. The facial and neck massage my friend got was a joke and of course it was done on the same exact towel on the bed that was used for me. In the end we were charged more than quoted on the phone for upgrading to shellac manicure (were told 8£ extra on the phone, they asked for 18£ Each!!!! When i said that s not what we were told, they said “oh then 12£”. Shockingly ridiculous service. Keep away!

It was my first time at Serenity and the girls where fantastic. I had the best mircodermabrasion facial I've ever had. Then followed by a gorgeous new red colour, which I never thought would be possible because I had black hair before. Deffo recommend great professional service. Thanks so much :-)
