At first I was skeptical about the practice of Reiki and it's benefits, but I was recommended to visit Sarah at Seraphina Reiki Healing by a friend, and now I am so glad that took her advice. Not only did I feel very welcome and relaxed as soon as I stepped through the door, but my needs we're understood and I came away feeling more relaxed than I have ever felt before. After experiencing it for myself, I have completely changed my opinion on Reiki and would sincerely urge anyone looking for an alternative to conventional therapies to try it for themselves. I will definitely be booking myself in at Seraphina Reiki Healing again.
