September Flowers

I recently attended a peony workshop at September Flowers in Royston.
I had a wonderful time, the owner is super friendly and very helpful. I came away with a stunning bouquet, I cant wait to visit September Flowers again. Who knew such a gem of a florist existed in such a quiet place.

Am sorry to say that I would never use this florist for a wedding. I had booked her in the spring for my November wedding and she initially forgot my wedding date, then rang me up four days before to say she could not get any red flowers at all and would I change colour scheme. Ended up being asked to search for options myself. She did not respond in a timely manner and left me panicked. When I said I was concerned I might be left with nothing so was considering an alternative florist a friend had found she suddenly rang. She was rude and unprofessional, shouting at me, not letting me speak, saying I was going behind her back as I'd looked up another florist, and told me I was the worst bride she'd worked with (even if I was, which I highly doubt, it is unprofessional to shout this down the phone at someone). I was left extremely upset with my colleague, who had heard the exchange, consoling me when I cried once off the phone. Nobody wants that stress on the run up to their big day.
