We used SELCOM for our loft conversion in 2022 and were very impressed with their work/ethos – multiple trades all coordinated seamlessly. The attention to detail and final finish of all their work could not be faulted – all within the time and budget as agreed.
We were so impressed we got them back for a relatively ‘simple’ (for them anyway) job – replacing our 1st floor bathroom.
As there was some minor structural work (re-siting pipework, replacing a window) and; plastering/plumbing/tiling and an electrician we were confident that as SELCOM had their own trade teams we’d get the right person onsite for each aspect - rather than 1 person who’s a Jack-of-all-trades, but master of none! You always get what you pay for…
Once again we were impressed at how quickly the various SELCOM teams worked (we actually slowed them down as delivery of our shower enclosure was delayed – Simon helpfully offered to source us an alternative) and with the overall final finish of all their work.
