Disappointing service

Disgraceful
Ordered 21 slabs and a jumbo bag of sand for a Friday delivery,
I took the afternoon of work and had workmen booked to lay them at the weekend,
Friday afternoon came and I received a phone call saying they were out of stock till the following week.
I had checked stock and seen the slabs before placing the order. I run a small business and opened an account, however it’s the first and last time I will use it.
