Unsafe workmanship

I used Securiglaze to replace the non slip plastic on the glass covering my lightwell and they left a piece of the plastic not fixed down as they had brought the wrong size for one piece of glass. They said they would come back in a couple of days to put the right sized piece of plastic down, they did not put any cordon round the area or a sign to say do not walk on the glass and as a result the gardener walked on the glass and fell and broke her arm and lost 8 weeks of work as a result. Neither Secuiglaze or their insurers would pay the gardener for her loss of earnings which is incredibly unfair, she had nothing to live on as a result. I would not use this company.
