Excellent installation of CCTV system

As a previous customer of Securico, I can only advise potential customers to avoid Securico. I purchased a CCTV system a few years ago. They hold you to ransom and charge for everything possible. To a degree I do understand the need to charge, but not to the extent they do. More recently my system failed. When I spoke to them they advised they wouldn't support me, as they no longer install QVIS. Despite my offer of paying, they dropped me as a customer like a stone. After several years of loyalty I was somewhat dismayed. They advised that I must change the entire system, or they can’t help.
Given this I took my custom elsewhere and have recently replaced the system. However on removing the old system considerable damage was noted under the cameras, despite base rings being purchased/fitted. My installers assessment was that there was no need to cause this level of damage if fitted correctly. I have complained but to no avail, and just been fobbed off.
Please avoid Securico CCTV.

Where do I start? I've had 2 years of grief. The latest issues started in Nov 20. Eventually guys came out and couldn't fix it. So new equipment installed & didn't work. (This took several attempts, often the team wouldn't arrive due to over running etc, its cost me a lot of leave from work.)

New drive installed & didn't work. More remote tech calls have taken hours & not worked. But don't worry they say, the cameras are recording - what's the use if I cant access the material?

Today another team failed to show just a call with 15 mins left on the slot to say they'd be here in an hour ie 1700 on a Friday.
There is no customer service or care, each call of visit takes weeks to set up. I paid a lot for this and its useless, oh but they did extend my warranty on kit they cant fix!

AVOID THIS LOT, the kit is great when it works but Tech Support and Customer service rubbish they just don't care. GO TO ANYONE ELSE. I want the system removed and my money back....but

Called Securico after my home was burgled. The service from them was outstanding and I couldn't fault them. They supplied me with a quality system and quality customer service. Would 100% recommend them
