Simon was extremely professional throughout, his report was thorough and the accompanying photos first rate, so detailed in fact that I was able to get a quote for roofing work using the images.
He dealt with all parties sensitively and kept me updated throughout. I highly recommend using Searchlight.

Simon was incredibly easy to work with, and made the process very simple for us. He was friendly, quick and detailed in his responses, and we are very glad we chose him for our survey. My partner and I are now happily living in our new home, with some great guidance on areas we need to focus on for future home improvements.
