called to get a quote and never responded, called again and the lady was extremely rude so not going to bother again, customer service was very poor

Far from impressed

Arrived late, no apology.
Apparently Seal are specialists in low-hanging fruit, unwilling to consider anything slightly out of the ordinary, inconvenient or difficult.
Scared of scaffolding.
Very disappointing.

Seal fitted a new conservatory for me in April. Brilliant service, workmen polite competent and punctual, great job. The ‘Pearl’ roof has done a sterling job in this hot weather keeping the conservatory cool. We practically live out there now. Would highly recommend

Patio doors

A bit poor when cannot close either door and told no fitters available until Monday..it's Friday...not very happy security wise...as a woman on own all weekend and cannot contact by phone on weekend...don't relish staying in to guard house either...
