Where’s my order!

Unfortunately, I’m experiencing what many others have; no response to emails, phone just rings and rings, unless a robotic voice tells me they’re busy and just cuts me off. My dilemma being do I order from another company, or hope for the best with this shoddy lot. Sincerely wish I’d read the reviews sooner, because I would’ve given them a huge swerve.

Undelivered Order

I placed a fairly large order in Oct 24 for 10 buxus. Didn't receive the order. Emailed them to let them know. I received an email in Feb 25 apologising and informing me I ll receive the order by end of the week. Two emails later radio silence. Would not recommend them.

Do not use - no refunds provided despite being told one would be processed.

Do not use this company - their Website only accepts debit cards, they won’t commit to a firm delivery date therefore refunds requested via your bank have to wait 30 days.

Dont bother

Went today to view to buy lots of tropical plants. Says open 7 days a week to the public. Only for a lorry to be blocking the entrance and told that we couldn't look around but could reorder for April or go online.
Looking at the reviews will not be ordering and take our money elsewhere.

THEY TAKE PAYMENT THEN DON'T DELIVER AND DON'T CONTACT YOU OR PICK UP THE PHONE. I MANAGED TO GET THROUGH AND THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME.
DO NOT ORDER. THEY ARE BREAKING CONSUMER LAW.
