"Care Home". These two words mean so much.

All of the Homes under Luxurycare, Aranlaw House, Eagles Mount, Regency Manor and Seabourne House are Homes that really care with a team focused on doing their best and making sure that their residents feel happy, secure and comfortable. While we have the necessary procedures and processes in place, we do rely on the basic art of conversation to establish what expectations everyone has from the service. After all, expectation are always different so understanding what they are enable us to deliver them through a tailored approach.

Our tailored approach is something that we have worked on over the many years that we have been in the industry. We have put together a core team of Managers who understand that there in nothing more important than working to achieving outstanding results and learning where necessary. As part of this team, our trainers teach and mentor all of our team. This means that we can maintain the quality across our homes and that each unit benefits from improvements that may be made in another. We are large enough to support or staff and residents, but small enough to still be individual.

After all, we are more than just care.
