1Final move with them has resulted in damage to mutiple items without any care from staff.
On both my moves with SDR my tv has been damaged the 1st time was handled very well, I decided to go the cheaper option of a pen solution for the damage rather then claim on their insurance, now it's been damaged again I've been told I have tried to claim them out of a new tv twice which is outrageous because I haven't once mentioned a new tv in any of my communications. No cover was provided for the tv just bubble wrapped, i wasnt asked to turn it on at either end of the move like they have said. They damaged a very expensive piece of furniture & offered £50 because it couldn't be proved or disapproved even when condition reports are done beforehand.
It's all very formal when there's a problem but clearly not during the job as 1 owner turned up hungover admitted by herself very professional.
