Steve and Doug have been exceptionally accommodating and approachable throughout the entire process. Unlike some companies that rely on high-pressure tactics, their approach is always respectful and customer-focused. I had a full roof refurbishment, and every member of the team, from the scaffolders to the roofers, demonstrated exemplary professionalism. They were punctual, courteous, and maintained a clean and tidy work environment.

It's also particularly satisfying to hear unsolicited compliments from passersby about the quality of the workmanship, especially knowing that the service was delivered at a highly competitive price. I couldn't be more pleased with the result and the experience.

Would completely recommend.

From start to finish they were great. Nice and helpful when they came to do the survey had the quote the next day. The chaps that came to do the work were friendly and polite. They arrived on time worked hard, cleaned up and did a really good job. I would totally recommend this firm to anyone. They did two jobs for us, reset a row of ridge tiles, nice job, far better than the first lot of ridge tiles we had done and replaced our bedroom roof window, no re decorating needed at all in side, and it looks smashing inside and out.

Garage Roof Repair And Cement Work.

I had a leak in a garage roof and so I contact Steve. He came over and gave me a quote on the spot. Work was completed in 2 days. Steve also stayed in contact with me at all points as to let me know what was happening. While his staff were on site I also enquired about some repointing work that needed doing on the roof tiles. I was again provide with a quote & work completed the next day. Both work were completed to a excellent standard & no adjustment on the quotes that were provided.

I contacted Steve to see if he could help in doing my new roof for my extension. He turned up when he said he would. He was busy but went out of his way to get this job done for me as could see I needed it watertight. I also had SDB put a roof window in old part of the roof for me and all reinstated to such a high standard. Steve came to give me a quote, he checked everything in loft and outside front and back then sat down with me to go through what was needed. At no time did I feel pressured and all was explained to me. The chaps that came to do the job were friendly and courteous. They were happy to explain things to me and respected my property.
