They say if you want something done, ask someone who’s busy. Well, that’s certainly true of Scurator. So much so, that when I first spoke with Greg about my requirements, I thought he would be too busy to deal with my relatively small project. But, to his credit, and much to my delight, he was enthusiastic and worked flexibly with me. He visited site, gave some very helpful advice and then produced the design pack within my required timeframe, and (crucially for a small developer) for a good fee. As it happens, Greg and I had worked together on a previous project, but we had never met, or even spoken, it was all done via email. I would have no hesitation in engaging Greg Sills again, or recommending him to others. A solid, local professional.

Greg was very quick to respond to my initial enquiry and flexible around when he could visit the property. He had a thorough look around the property and picked up on many things, that were missed by other professionals. He explained all potential issues to us in layman’s terms and provided us with clear recommendations at the end of the visit. If we had just listened to our builder, rather than consulting Greg, we would have ended up making alterations to the property which could have been dangerous and costly in the long run.

Thanks Gregg for your excellent service, Gregg showed up when we were in the first phase of renovation an old house we purchased, at first he was so reluctant to help becoz of the state of the house, but he intervened and assisted us with all the the work needed to be done, he signed off all the paper work, thank you once again Gregg.

This is the second opportunity that I have had to use Scurator in order to curate a structural report on a potential new home. Having first met with Greg in 2019 and an overwhelmingly positive experience the first time around, me and my partner were in no doubt whatsoever when it came to employing Greg again.

I spoke with Greg in the week about whether he would be willing to visit the property (it's a bit out of the way) but Greg not only was willing but completed his report by the very next weekend. Not only was the report exactly what we had hoped for, but Greg was also able to take a call from me and offer me some opinions and clarify his findings.
