I bought a whole new high end system from Scunthorpe Computers earlier this year. Sadly I had a lot of problems with the system (hardware issues) and I did a LOT of complaining about this lol. Fortunately for me Scunthorpe computers were unrelenting in fixing the problem. They regularly went way above and beyond what you would expect from any company and they did not stop working for me until all of the problems were fixed. Their level of communication is better than any PC retailer I have ever dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble and they ALWAYS have time to discuss things and work out a resolution, even when I was quite upset and frustrated. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anybody right from amateur PC users to high end enthusiasts. Thank you for your patience, understanding and expertise.

I am so glad I called this company - I rang them because the reviews on Yell.com were all extremely good. They were not overstated. My computer was fixed within the hour at a very reasonable cost. I can recommend them highly and will certainly use them for all my future technical needs.
